How do I place an order?

How do I know that PushPrints received my order  

What happens after I order my sign?  

Once you check out, your design is sent to our production team where we ensure it is ready for print. Once printed, our team performs a quality check and then sends it to shipping where your creation is packaged and forwarded to your selected shipping service.  

What is the best way to hang my banner?

Will the printed product look exactly like the design on my monitor?  

Due to varying display and monitor calibrations, we cannot ensure that the printed colors will exactly match the colors on your monitor.  

What printing technologies does PushPrints use?

We utilize exclusively state-of-the-art digital printing technology among a variety of cutting-edge finishing equipment to ensure your prints are high quality with sharp and accurate images while remaining cost-effective. We use UV-based technology for our rigid signage and banner products while using Toner-based technology for our paper-based small format products.

How do I know that PushPrints received my order  

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.

We strive for customer satisfaction with every order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order due to a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
